If you are looking for an out-of-the box, highly interactive, memorable training event, this is it! Our activities, and work simulations, are designed to keep your team engaged and motivated. From leadership to time management, communication skills to emotional intelligence, decision-making to problem-solving and many more, we have a wide variety of training activities to choose from.
Our workshops bring a fresh and never-boring approach to team building. With a focus on application, our workshops will help your team apply new concepts immediately into their work life. We customize each workshop to meet your specific needs and desired outcomes.
Our cohorts are specifically focused on helping your organization increase engagement and build collaboration. Monthly cohorts include: 90min – ½ day workshops with a different topic each session; participant survey feedback provided to cohort leader; and monthly mentoring sessions for 2-3 leaders of your choice with a focus on the implementation of concepts.
