Cohorts
Increase Engagement & Build Collaboration
Our cohorts are specifically focused on helping your organization increase engagement and build collaboration. Monthly cohorts include: 90min – ½ day workshops with a different topic each session; participant survey feedback provided to cohort leader; and monthly mentoring sessions for 2-3 leaders of your choice with a focus on the implementation of concepts.
How Cohort Works

ACTION STEPS
We will be working with your entire team for 90 min – half-day every month, covering a different session topic each time.
We will meet with 2-3 of your key leaders for a group coaching session, specifically focusing on implementing and applying the content into the culture of your organization.
During each training and coaching session, your team will receive action steps to facilitate the application of the material to their specific areas. These steps will be reviewed in each monthly training session for accountability and celebration.

Leadership Hacks
Drawing from some of John Maxwell’s greatest content we will cover communication, networking, defining reality, becoming extraordinary, stay in the zone, adding value to others, personal and professional growth, increasing capacity, mentors, strategies, systems, and so much more!
Productivity Hacks
In this cohort, we will cover time blocking, batching, energy management, habit stacking, walking, multiplying your time, questions to bring focus, keystone habits, linchpin habits, assessments, etc.
Soft Skills Hacks
In this cohort, we will cover – emotional intelligence, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, attitude and work ethic, accountability/flexibility, self-confidence, ability to learn, networking, assessments, etc.
Ministry Hacks
In this cohort, we will cover Leadership Pipelines, 4-ministry buckets, work-life balance, vision, ministry department organizational charts, job descriptions, mission alignment, volunteers who thrive, Working Genius, let’s grow, assessments, etc.
